PQ for education

I particularly enjoy offering PQ to teachers and students. Mental fitness is just as important as physical fitness yet rarely makes the curriculum. Teachers have already benefitted from my PQ programmes particularly during the pandemic. I believe every student could benefit from having PQ tools to manage their mental health before they leave home. Add PQ into the student toolkit along with learning about finances and cooking.
